Messages, contact gating and safety in chat

Messaging is a member feature — you need an account before any conversation starts. This article covers how to start one, which contact details are visible at which plan, and the safety machinery built into chat.

Starting a conversation

Open any profile and use the Message button. If you are not signed in, the sign-in screen appears first and returns you straight to the profile afterwards. Your conversation then lives in your messages panel, with the full history in one thread.

Contact gating: what each plan sees

A listing can carry phone, WhatsApp, email and social handles. Which of those you can actually read depends on your plan tier — this is the contact gate, and it is the main thing a paid plan unlocks:

Premium companion — her contact details are public: everyone sees them, signed out included. Premium is the plan that pays for maximum reach.
Signed out — no contact details on other listings. Every gated channel shows masked, and the raw value never reaches your browser.
Free member — contact details open on listed companions. Free-plan and massage listings keep their contact hidden: with those you message and book on-platform.
Pro member (R100/month) — everything, on every listing, including free-plan and massage listings.

External links a companion publishes (her own site or platform pages) are not part of the gate — those are public promotion and show to everyone. If reveals suddenly stop working, you may have tripped the reveal-rate protection: unusually rapid contact reveals are paused pending a quick review, and it lifts once reviewed.

Chat is shared machinery

Chat is not a private tunnel — it carries safety tools for both sides:

Report from chat — the report button sits on every conversation. Reporting does not close the thread; the evidence stays.
Proof clips — where a conversation produces media evidence, it arrives as a signed, expiring link, not a downloadable file. The link dies after it expires, so a screenshot-argument cannot be replayed forever.

What chat is not for

Lusty chat is not for demanding payment off-platform — no gift cards, no instant EFT to a private account, no "booking fee" before you have met. That is the scam pattern described on Help & safety. Moving contact off-platform before the gate allows it (and before both sides chose to) is against the content rules — see Reporting abuse if it happens to you.

Blocking

You can block someone from the conversation (the block control in chat) or from their profile (the block action on the profile). Blocking hides the conversation for you and stops all contact in that direction. Your blocked list lives in your privacy settings, and unblocking is one click there.

Contact gating: signed-out visitors see nothing, free members see contact details on paid listings only, and Pro members (R100/month) see everything on every listing. Massage and free-plan listings are message-and-book only unless you are Pro.
