Lusty is a marketing and advertising platform — nothing more.
- Lusty is a marketing company: it markets and advertises the listings that independent, self-employed companions and venues publish themselves.
- Lusty is not an agency. It is not a party to any booking, arrangement or transaction between members and companions, and it employs, manages, represents and directs no one.
- Lusty takes no commission on arrangements. Wallet and membership fees pay for advertising, listing and membership services only.
- Booking and messaging tools are scheduling and communication aids between the parties — every arrangement, and anything agreed or paid under it, is solely between the consenting adults who make it (18+).
Our role
Lusty is a marketing and advertising company. We market and advertise the listings that independent companions and venues publish themselves, and we verify that the person behind each listing is real and of age before their advertising goes live. We are not an agency and not a party to any arrangement made between a member and a companion — those are private agreements solely between the adults who make them.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to view adult content where you are, and acting on your own behalf. One account per person; duplicate accounts are removed and repeat offenders banned.
Listings and verification
Every companion and venue listing is age-verified against identification and a liveness check before its advertising is published, and re-verified on a rolling 12-month cycle. Listings that fail re-verification lose their badge and visibility until resolved. The verification badge marks that the person behind the listing was checked — it is not an endorsement, a guarantee, or any involvement by us in what follows.
Advertising and membership fees
What we charge for: advertising. Membership plans, listing fees and paid visibility are the marketing and membership services Lusty sells, invoiced through the platform. What we never touch: arrangements. Anything agreed between a member and a companion — including any payment for time or companionship — happens directly between those adults; the platform never holds, processes or takes a cut of it. The booking and messaging tools are scheduling and communication aids between the parties, not offers, confirmations or payments by us. Wallet funds, where enabled, cover on-platform content only (unlocks, tips) and are handled under the payments policy.
Conduct
Harassment, impersonation, trafficking, coercion, sharing another person's content without consent and attempting to circumvent verification are grounds for immediate suspension or a permanent ban, with or without notice. Enforcement is at our discretion through the moderation tools described in Content & Conduct.
Removal and termination
Anyone depicted on this site may request removal at our takedown page — those requests are expedited ahead of everything else. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms; you may close yours at any time from settings.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced on-site. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
