Lusty is a marketing and advertising platform — nothing more.
- Lusty is a marketing company: it markets and advertises the listings that independent, self-employed companions and venues publish themselves.
- Lusty is not an agency. It is not a party to any booking, arrangement or transaction between members and companions, and it employs, manages, represents and directs no one.
- Lusty takes no commission on arrangements. Wallet and membership fees pay for advertising, listing and membership services only.
- Booking and messaging tools are scheduling and communication aids between the parties — every arrangement, and anything agreed or paid under it, is solely between the consenting adults who make it (18+).
How to report
Use the report page or the report action on any profile, post, reel or chat. Choose the reason that fits — including "these are my images and I did not consent", impersonation, fake account, or harassment. Reports can be filed without an account.
Expedited removal commitments
Non-consensual intimate imagery and apparent-minor content jump the queue: removal first, review after. For copyright or impersonation complaints we remove or disable the material while assessing, and notify the uploader with the reason. Anyone depicted may request removal of their own depiction, full stop.
Counter-notices
An uploader may respond with a counter-notice explaining their right to publish. Where the dispute remains between two third parties, we may restore content after review — repeat complainants and uploaders who act in bad faith lose standing.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing or non-consensual material are permanently banned, and their identifiers are checked against new signups. Enforcement history is retained for safety purposes.
Record-keeping
Every report, decision and filing is logged with the reviewer and timestamp; mandatory-report obligations (illegal content) follow the legal process and preserve only what the law requires.
