Lusty is a marketing and advertising platform — nothing more.
- Lusty is a marketing company: it markets and advertises the listings that independent, self-employed companions and venues publish themselves.
- Lusty is not an agency. It is not a party to any booking, arrangement or transaction between members and companions, and it employs, manages, represents and directs no one.
- Lusty takes no commission on arrangements. Wallet and membership fees pay for advertising, listing and membership services only.
- Booking and messaging tools are scheduling and communication aids between the parties — every arrangement, and anything agreed or paid under it, is solely between the consenting adults who make it (18+).
Adults only, always
Every person depicted in content must be 18+ and verified on the platform before their content publishes. Every upload passes moderation before it is reachable from a public URL; nothing publishes automatically.
Consent and ownership
Upload only content you own or have the documented right to publish, and only depict people who consented. Impersonating anyone — including other users — is prohibited. Non-consensual intimate imagery is removed on sight, the account is banned, and the material is preserved only as required for the mandatory-report process.
Zero tolerance: trafficking and coercion
Signals of trafficking, coercion or exploitation trigger priority review and, where the law requires, mandatory reporting to the authorities. There is no version of this platform where that content or conduct is acceptable.
Conduct between users
No harassment, no hate, no doxxing, no sharing another user's content or contact details elsewhere, no attempting to move payments for illegal purposes, no circumventing verification or bans with duplicate accounts. Companions can flag clients (fake accounts, impersonation, abuse) directly from bookings and chats; those flags go to human review.
Moderation
A classifier screens every upload; a person decides anything uncertain, and every decision is logged with the operator who made it. Locked content stays blurred to non-buyers; removed content distinguishes "in moderation" from "taken down" for its owner.
Enforcement
Enforcement scales with harm: warning, temporary suspension (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days), permanent ban, and shadow-ban for spam rings. Every action carries an audit record and, where the user is told, a notice stating the reason.
