How money moves on Lusty: invoices, POP and payouts
For everyone on Lusty
Lusty runs on manual, business-to-business money rails. We say that plainly up front: no card gates are live today — there is no card checkout anywhere on the platform, so there is nothing to panic about when a paywall never asks for a card. Every rand moves by bank transfer against an invoice, confirmed by a person.
Subscriptions: invoice, POP, 24-hour activation
When you take a paid plan — member Pro, a model plan or an agency tier — the flow is always:
- EFT invoice — Lusty raises an invoice with the exact amount (in rand) and the settlement details.
- Pay by bank transfer — from your banking app, using the invoice reference.
- Upload your proof of payment (POP) — the receipt or screenshot, on the invoice screen.
- Access temp-activates for 24 hours while the operator confirms the money landed. You are not blocked waiting.
- Operator confirmation lands and your plan is active for its full term.
If the payment cannot be confirmed, the 24-hour window ends and your prior plan is restored — you are told, and you are never silently downgraded mid-use.
Payouts: bank transfer, operator-confirmed
Model and agency earnings are paid out by bank transfer that the operator confirms — payouts are not self-serve and no card payouts exist. You keep your payout method and KYC current (see Earnings and payouts) and the transfer is made and confirmed from the billing desk.
What POP approval and decline do
- Approval — your proof matches the invoice; the plan activates for its full term.
- Decline — the temporary 24-hour access ends and your previous plan is restored. The decline carries the reason (wrong amount, reference missing, duplicate) so you can fix and resubmit.
Disputes
A wrong charge can be disputed from your purchase or billing history. The dispute goes to the operator dispute desk, which can decide two things: refund (the amount returns the way it came) or reject (the charge stands, with the reason stated). Both outcomes are notified to you.
Discreet billing
Transfers go to the beneficiary printed on the invoice — a neutral company name, never an explicit trading one — and your statement shows that beneficiary plus your payment reference. Nothing on your bank paperwork names the industry.
Frequently asked
Does Lusty take card payments?
Not today. The rails are manual B2B: an EFT invoice, your proof-of-payment upload, 24-hour temporary access while the operator confirms. Never pay anything except against a Lusty invoice.
What happens while my proof of payment is being checked?
Your access temp-activates for 24 hours. If the operator confirms the payment, your plan runs its full term; if not, the window ends and your prior plan is restored.
