Please read this disclaimer carefully before using Lusty. By entering and using the Platform you confirm that you accept it. It forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read with our Liability & Indemnity and Trust & Safety policies.

1. Adults only (18+)

Lusty contains adult-oriented material and is intended strictly for consenting adults who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if higher). By entering you confirm you are of legal age and that it is lawful to view such material where you are. If you are a minor, or if adult content is unlawful in your location, you must leave now.

2. Lusty is an advertising platform only

Lusty is an online directory that lets independent adult companions and studios advertise their company and content, and lets members pay listing fees, unlock content and arrange bookings. Lusty is not an escort agency, employer, or agent, and is not a party to any arrangement between users. Any fees paid through the Platform are for advertising, content access and platform services — they are not payment for any physical act, which is a private matter arranged directly between consenting adults.

3. No solicitation of illegal services

Listings and messages must not offer, request or imply any service that is illegal where it would take place. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their own conduct complies with all applicable laws. Lusty operates a zero-tolerance policy toward trafficking, coercion, content involving minors, and non-consensual content. Report any such content immediately via our Takedown & Complaints process.

4. No warranty — you use the Platform at your own risk

Profiles are created by users. Lusty verifies identity and age where indicated, but does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing, the identity, conduct or safety of any user, or the outcome of any interaction. You are responsible for your own safety and for any decision to meet another person. We provide safety features (verification, reviews, panic tools, blocking) but they are aids, not guarantees.

5. External links & content

The Platform may contain links to third-party sites and user-supplied content. Lusty does not control and is not responsible for that material. Content is owned by the users who post it; they warrant they have the right to share it.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lusty is not liable for any loss, harm or damage arising from your use of the Platform or from any interaction between users. Full details are in our Liability & Indemnity policy.
