Work Agreements

Before they can earn on Lusty, the people who provide and host services complete a binding work agreement inside the app. This page summarises who must sign, what the signing process captures, how versions and re-signing work, and where to sign. The agreement itself is the controlling document; this is a plain-language overview that forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Who must sign

• Creators — independent providers who list and offer services — must sign before their listings can go live and before they can receive payouts.
• Managers — the people who run venues where Creators may work — must sign before they can manage a venue or its roster on the Platform.
• Members (buyers) do not sign a work agreement; their use of the Platform is governed by the Terms of Service.

Signing a work agreement does not make the signer an employee, agent, or partner of Lusty. Creators and Managers remain independent operators, as set out in the Terms and our Liability & Indemnity policy.

2. What the signing process captures

To create a strong, tamper-evident record of consent, each signature event captures:

• Typed name — the signer's full legal name, typed by them;
• Drawn signature — a signature drawn on the device;
• Selfie — a live photo taken at the time of signing, to tie the signature to the verified person;
• Timestamp — the date and time the agreement was signed;
• IP hash — a hashed record of the signer's IP address (the raw address is not stored in the agreement record);
• Contract hash — a cryptographic hash of the exact agreement version signed, so any later change to the document can be detected.

These records are retained as described in our Privacy Policy (verification and signed work-agreement records are kept for 5 years).

3. Versions and re-signing

Each agreement carries a version number, and the signed record is bound to that exact version by its contract hash. When we publish a new version — for example to reflect a change in the rules or the law — affected Creators and Managers will be asked to review and re-sign before they continue to use the relevant features or receive payouts. We keep the history of versions a user has signed.

4. Where to sign

Creators and Managers sign their work agreement from within their account. Log in to your Creator or Manager account, then open your work agreement to review and sign it. If a new version is published, you will be prompted to re-sign from the same place.
