Content & Conduct

Lusty is an adult platform for consenting adults. These standards apply to every user and to all content and behaviour on the Platform. They protect the people who work here and the people who use it, and they exist to keep exploitation off the Platform entirely. Breaches are enforced up to and including a permanent ban and referral to law enforcement. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Adults only — always

Every user must be at least 18 years old, and every person depicted in any content must be a verified adult. There are no exceptions. Content or conduct that involves, sexualises, or appears to involve a minor — including any attempt to make an adult appear to be a minor — is strictly prohibited and is dealt with under section 3.

2. Consent and ownership of content

• All content must be consensual. Everyone depicted must be an adult who has freely given, and not withdrawn, consent to the creation and posting of that content.
• Content must be owned by the performer or posted with the full rights and permissions of everyone in it. You may not post anyone else's content, or content of another person, without their consent and the right to do so.
• Non-consensual intimate content — including "revenge" content, hidden-camera or upskirt material, and deepfakes or other synthetic depictions of a real person without consent — is banned and is removed on an expedited basis under our Takedown & Complaints policy.

In addition to the above, the following are prohibited on the Platform:

• Content depicting non-consensual acts, real violence, serious injury, or coercion;
• Content involving anyone who is intoxicated to the point of being unable to consent;
• Bestiality, necrophilia, or content that fetishises serious harm;
• Doxxing or sharing another person's private information without consent;
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or discrimination on the basis of a protected characteristic;
• Solicitation of, or any reference to, conduct that is unlawful under South African law;
• Attempting to obtain the Platform's own paid services (paid visibility, content unlocks, or wallet top-ups) without paying through the Platform, or moving first contact off-Platform before a booking is confirmed in a way that evades safety and verification protections;
• Spam, scams, fraud, impersonation, or misrepresentation of identity or age;
• Malware, scraping, or attempts to defeat verification, moderation, or security systems.

5. Verification and re-verification

Creators and Managers must complete identity and age verification, including a selfie face-match, and must sign the applicable in-app work agreement before they can earn. We may require re-verification at any time — for example periodically, after a long absence, when account or payout details change, or where a report or risk signal warrants it. Failure to re-verify on request may result in suspension of listings, payouts, or the account. See our Trust & Safety and Work Agreements policies.

6. Moderation — automated and human

We use a combination of automated systems and trained human reviewers to enforce these standards. This includes automated screening of messages that detects and blocks the sharing of contact information before a paid booking, and automated detection of prohibited content, backed by human review of reports and edge cases. Automated decisions that significantly affect you can be reviewed by a person on request, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Reporting

Every profile, message thread, and piece of content has reporting tools. Reports are reviewed promptly and prioritised by severity; reports involving minors, trafficking, coercion, or non-consensual content are treated as the highest priority. Reporting is confidential, and we prohibit retaliation against anyone who reports a genuine concern in good faith.

8. Enforcement ladder

We aim to enforce proportionately, but reserve the right to apply any step immediately where the severity warrants it. Depending on the breach, we may:

1. Issue a warning and require the offending content to be removed or corrected;
2. Remove or restrict content, listings, or features;
3. Require re-verification or additional checks;
4. Suspend the account, with any earnings subject to hold pending review;
5. Permanently terminate the account and ban the user;
6. Preserve evidence and refer the matter to law enforcement.

The most serious breaches — including anything within section 3 — skip straight to permanent termination and referral. Decisions may be appealed through our support channel, except where the law prevents us from reinstating an account.
