Work Agreements

Jurisdiction: ZA

What they are

When an agency or venue adds a creator to its roster, both sides complete an in-app agreement inside Lusty — the roster invite and its acceptance. The acceptance is the signature: it records who agreed, to which terms, at which version, and when.

What is captured

The invite terms (role, the venue or agency, any share or seat arrangement the parties entered), the accepting account, the timestamp, and the version of the terms in force at acceptance. Each acceptance and revocation writes an audit row; the record is visible to both sides and to platform review.

How versions work

When terms change, the updated terms are presented for fresh acceptance — an old acceptance never silently covers new terms. The historical versions remain on record so it is always provable which version applied when.

Where to sign

Creators accept or decline from their invites desk (the model console); managers send, monitor and revoke invites from their roster. Nothing binds a creator without an explicit in-app acceptance by the creator's own account.

Our role

Lusty records and stores these agreements; we are not a party to them. Disputes about their substance are between the creator and the manager — the platform's record is the evidence of what was agreed.
