Lusty is a marketing and advertising platform — nothing more.
- Lusty is a marketing company: it markets and advertises the listings that independent, self-employed companions and venues publish themselves.
- Lusty is not an agency. It is not a party to any booking, arrangement or transaction between members and companions, and it employs, manages, represents and directs no one.
- Lusty takes no commission on arrangements. Wallet and membership fees pay for advertising, listing and membership services only.
- Booking and messaging tools are scheduling and communication aids between the parties — every arrangement, and anything agreed or paid under it, is solely between the consenting adults who make it (18+).
Platform only
Lusty is an advertising platform. We do not employ, manage or direct any listing, and we do not organise, supervise or benefit from any meeting. Our role is limited to operating the directory, verification, messaging, bookings administration and moderation.
Assumption of risk
Meetings between users are arranged by those users at their own risk. You agree to take reasonable care of yourself: screen the person you are meeting, meet in public first, tell someone where you are, and walk away from anything that feels wrong. Verification tells you the person is real and of age — nothing more.
Our safety features
We provide tools — age verification with a rolling re-verification cycle, masked contact details until you choose to reveal them, in-platform messaging, blocking, reporting with expedited handling of non-consensual content, panic mode that hides a listing instantly, and location controls that let a listing block whole areas. Use them.
Limits of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, Lusty is not liable for loss arising from interactions between users, from content users publish, from off-platform payments, or from service interruptions. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Indemnity
You indemnify Lusty against claims arising from your use of the platform, your content, and your conduct towards other users — including anything you arrange or agree with another user off-platform.
