- Lusty is not an agency. It is not a party to any booking, arrangement or transaction between members and companions, and it employs, manages, represents and directs no one.
- Lusty takes no commission on arrangements. Wallet and membership fees pay for advertising, listing and membership services only.
- Booking and messaging tools are scheduling and communication aids between the parties — every arrangement, and anything agreed or paid under it, is solely between the consenting adults who make it (18+).

We do not employ, represent, manage or direct any listing, and we do not arrange, broker or supervise meetings. Anything two users agree between themselves is entirely their own matter — Lusty markets listings; it never participates in what the listing leads to.
No solicitation of illegal services
Listings advertise companionship and lawful services only. Soliciting, advertising or arranging anything unlawful — including but not limited to sexual services in exchange for consideration where that is illegal, trafficking, or involving any person under 18 — is strictly prohibited and results in immediate removal of the advertising and, where the law requires, a report to the authorities.
Your responsibilities as a user
You are responsible for your conduct, the truth of what you post, and your own safety when meeting others. Exercise judgment: meet in public first, tell someone where you are, and use the in-platform tools — reporting, blocking and panic mode — when something feels wrong.
No warranty
The site is provided as-is. We work hard to keep the listings we advertise verified and current, but we do not warrant that any listing, photo, rate or availability is accurate, complete or uninterrupted.
